5.2 Digital Learning Materials

Because digital learning materials are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are non-refundable after download or access is granted. If technical issues prevent access, please contact us for assistance and potential reimbursement.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover shipping. Once received, we will reimburse the purchase cost within 10 business days or offer a replacement.

LegalFlow may modify these terms at any time by posting updates on legalflow.services. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
